Thank You For Taking My Complaint Seriously

After wanting to apply for my birth certificate two months ago, I had such a bad experience with a couple employees, one who threatened to make sure my application doesn't get processed. I won't go into detail but it's one of those experiences that leaves you feeling like a second class citizen. I'm grateful for Baba Mlenzana (District Manager), Nikiwe from Centurion HA and Minister Pandor for not sweeping it under the rug and working to correct the attitude of the few people that give Home Affairs a bad name. Thank you for your dignified approach, it is much appreciated.
