Phone just rings and no one answers

Good Day, My name is Ludwe Augustine Goitsimang Ntshaba and my persal number is 80289550. I started working for the department at the beginning of March 2013. Immediately thereafter we started calling the Portchefstroom district to ensure if they had received my papers in order for me to get paid paid of which I didnt at the end of March. I took it lightly as I had started working in the middle of the month thinking probably my papers reached them late and were authorized late. I started calling again in April, to my shock, in the entire month of April, not even once has my call been picked up or responded to. To date, I don't know if my papers were received, how far they are or what the deal is as i was not paid at the end of April. I go to work every day and have to borrow money for petrol, school fees for my kids, food and other expenses. I heard about HelloPeter and thought you could assist in this matter. I have two other friends of mine who retired last year and have not received their money. I cannot wait not to be paid for that long as i have exhausted all funds. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.
