Tariffs on the citypower web site

I tried to look up the electricity tariffs for an area on the [URL Removed] web site. The tariffs link only has a link for 2010/2011 and then you must log in to get to the information???

What company does not update their web site in 2 years and then you cannot even get to the useless information?
