Complaint Regarding Refund Delay – Bradlows Philippi

Dear Bradlow's Management,

I am writing to raise a concern regarding the poor service I have received from your Bradlow's Philippi branch.

I had a lay-by for a fridge, which I decided to cancel on 19 October 2025 due to some personal issues. I followed up on 15 October prior to the cancellation and was informed that the person responsible for refunds was not available at that time. I was promised a follow-up call, but I never received one.

I called again today, and unfortunately, I was given the same response that the person handling refunds is not available. This ongoing delay and lack of communication is very disappointing. I would like to know if this is the standard way refunds are handled at your store, and more importantly, when I can expect my refund to be processed.

Please look into this matter urgently and provide feedback on the status of my refund.
