Unreliable Overnight Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I booked a collection with Aramex from Durban to Johannesburg on the overnight option. I made contact with them from midday the following day and was given false information. I called them, emailed them, and sent WhatsApp messages, asking for delivery to be made before 3 PM as there was important information. However, Aramex Johannesburg showed no concern.

They lied about not being able to get hold of the driver and asked if we could fetch the parcel from them in Sandton. Then, I was called and advised that the parcel would be delivered between 18:00 and 20:00. This did not happen either. Aramex Johannesburg has such pathetic service; they should close their business down!
