I went into your Workwear depot in Centurion on the 2nd of July 2025 and bought goods worth R2,458.00. I asked the saleslady to order me 3 denim work trousers because the shop did not have any in stock. I gave her my contact number and asked her to phone me, as I needed them urgently. I even offered to pay for them upfront, but she said that unfortunately, I couldn’t pay upfront.

On the 6th of July 2025, I went into the shop after not receiving any feedback from the store. Upon arrival, I inquired about my order and complained that I was not contacted by the lady who assisted me. The saleslady went to the back and returned with 2 denim work trousers, stating that the reason I was not phoned was because they were waiting for the full order.

I said I wanted the 2 and paid for them, requesting that I still wanted the last denim work trouser. The lady took my number again, and to this day, the 16th of July 2025, I have not been contacted again.

In the store, there is a “Free Alteration” section. I requested that the 2 denim work trousers be altered. The saleslady then informed me that it couldn’t be done because they have to do a double stitch, and they do not have a long needle to do it. They do not alter denim work trousers. This is nonsense because you just use a jeans needle, and you can even alter it with a home machine. Nowhere in the “alteration section” was there a notice stating that they do not alter denim work trousers.

This is a beautiful store, but after spending R3,336.00 at this branch, I’m not happy with the service I received.
