Dolly Nene is replying to email, already 4 emails has been sent

I am Mr SI Jacobs, I haven't received any UIF payment, this is now almost 12 months.
Dolly said she will escalate, but I am very disappointed that nothing has been done.
Dolly sounded very sincere when I manage to call, and somebody answered.
If I make call to 011 345 6300, it rings a bit and then get cut off, maybe the reception does not want to answer any more calls for the day.
Unfortunately, I haven't got Nora's email address because she was very helpful.
