Uncalled for comments by staff member

I would like to say that a staff member at your Cavendish branch in Claremont was very rude and made uncalled for comments about payment of our bill. This was very rude and uncalled for and I did not appreciate being treated badly.

It was a special occasion and my mom treated me so to tell me I should pay or my daughter was rude and very uncalled for. I really do not wish to return there at all
