Hi. Im looking to purchase the Alesis Nitro Mesh drumkit thats on special at Paul Bothners.

This morning May 11th, 2022 i visit the Plumstead store only to stand outside until almost 9:15am. Was welcomed but after stating why im visiting i them waited another 10 minutes in an emty store to be helped. I got up and left.

To find such poor service from such a prestigious shop that stretches decades was very disappointing. I personally felt why so many rather goes to Marshall Music.

I rate my visit to Paul Bothners a 1/10.

Roy the consultant for the drumming section has clearly become extremely complacent as he shows zero interest even in making a sale. I rate Roy 0/10 as as he didnt even ask me if i want to hear how it sounds considering the kit is setup already.
