Package Stolen, no feedback regarding the claim

My packing was stolen at the Middelburg (MP) Branch. I have submitted a claim form on the 15/07/2020 and send about 15 emails. 2 was ansered with a promise to get back to me. NO feedback was given from the branch. I am getting tired of this bad service. I am only using Courier Guy for my business and personal packages, but I am done!!!
