Disgusted by Goldwagen Pmb

I am... or WAS a loyal client of Goldwagen Pietermaritzburg. The staff has no respect for their clients or the job they do, its just a pay cheque for them. I tried to speak to the manager on many occasions about the rude and unhelpful staff, but that didn't help, as he is even more rude then they are.
I own a workshop in Pietermaritzburg, called Restoration Centre, and I purchase most of my clients spares from Goldwagen. My clients have now advised me that that Goldwagen employees have now started pursuing clients to go with other workshops in the area, as they get paid commission from the workshops. I find that a conflict of interest, as they are employees of Goldwagen and have no dealings Poaching clients for their financial benefit. Not only is it biased, its disrespectful for my business and disrespectful for the relationship I have with the brand. The very Rude and Unhelpful managers name is Keagan, I want the branch contacted and some action to be taken. I will name and shame the brand until something this done about this.
