I have been sending requests on and off since 11/12/2012 to renew my company subscription. I spoke to various people in your call centre, and have sent 5 Emails requesting the invoice for us to pay once off for the year. To date i still have not received any feedback.
Your service is much to be desired. Actually it's pathetic!
