I ordered a back copy of issue no 3 of the knit and stich range on 29/10/2013 and paid for it on 29/10/2013 as well which I still have'nt received every time that I've queried it I was ensured that it was mailed. I want the issue please.

as well as I've subscribed to the range and the last that I've received was issue no 19 I've queried this as well and never heard a word.

Kindly assist and resolve the issues without empty promises
