Jackelin Enterprise - Rip off

I had placed an order with a call center agent last year May. They took my personal details down as well as my banking details. The lady told me that my account will be debited.

I get a call today from a lawyer stating that i was handed over by Jackelin enterprises and i must pay R261.00.

Absolutely unacceptable. Firstly they have my wrong number and secondly they say they have sent me 4 letters. I have never received a letter from them.

Totally rip offs - why do they take your banking details down in the first place.
