Did not get paid according to contract

I have signed up with Blue Lakes for a TATA Indica for R699 per month. After submitting fotos each month, I have been short paid EVERY month and not even paid for September at all. I did submit my licence and number plates receipts in Sept already and still has not been refunded. I have phoned, e-mailed, used the ticket system, and still nothing has been sorted out. Now they completely ignore me. I am not planning to leave this situation here. I have travelled my km and kept my end of the contract. I expect them to do the same.
