BAD SERVICE

I had six signs made. One of the signs was spelt incorrectly to begin with. I took it back and by the time I got home, one of the screws had fallen off. I took it back. I never get notified that it is ready. I have gone into the shop twice to collect the faulty sign, only to be told that they are ready but not at the shop.
