Not very helpfull

I would like to know, I've used junkmail since its start-up and have sold all types from houses, businesses, cars, books - you name it. I have excellent response but the past year I've been trying to place adds via the website and its non stop problems. The add appears say 20 minutes then disappears (has it been reported or what?) I phoned your call centre at 21:45 which resulted in a lengthy wait and a miserable operator. I told her the problem and she says i must start from scratch repeating like a baby where to click on the website. Please tell her there are pc literate people that aren't stupid & i said was it reported or what? reply= uuuhhh I dont know someone will call you, yeah right! they said that last time we had the same problem, 2nd problem ive reported some who sells caravans for ridiculous prices no proper tel no and responce through email only i know its but you guys repeat his ads, 3rd complaint I'm spammed with all sorts of stuff after posting ads from free listings with whoever, upfront loans against item, between 6-8 sms or calls relating to rubish around the add do you people have a list sent ot to hound people, come on bring back some standards
