I received a voucher for two 'free" bundles via e-mail, yet when I entered the voucher code, not only did I not get the subscription for free but these bundles were automatically added to my account at full cost! I have cancelled these but have not had any feedback. This is truly shocking service! I want all my orders cancelled with immediate effect.
