Please be specific in your rules

Please could the competitions have more specific rules from now on - considering winners are only selected from the Cape as opposed to all the regions. I entered easily over 6000 times for the Kia Rio competition but same as last year - the winner was from the Western Cape. It seems for most of the competitions the winners are from this region. If there is no intention of including other regions' entries don't bother making it nationwide.
