Refusing to respond on emails & Hello Pete

I have been trying for months to get issue 22, 23, 32; 33 and the 2012 Festive Special- I paid for it but never received it.

You can e-mail Johannes Manamela & the service desk all you want, but you will never receive a response. Can someone please just refund me- I don't want your magazine or anything else to do with your company- just give me back my money.

If I look at all the other complaints on this page, I can't believe that a company can do business in this manner.
