Purchased a book on their site- still no delivery

Its been a week and after several attempts to trace my order i still havent had any luck. I called numerous times and the lady by the name of Charlie says the person dealing with online shopping "Which is Anda" is not at work and shes the only one that can assist.

I have paid already and its been to long and i still havent receive my order. Im so fed up with the service i got from these people.

Please assist as this is a urgent matte
