When starting to build the weekly issued Aston DB5 we got guaranteed that the parts for our build was reserved.
I have received a few broken parts and report them and they resend up until around issue 71. Then I got a few small letters telling that certain stock are on back order. NOW, After issue 86 @ R100 per issue =R8600 I still have not got issue 71, If it is something small I would not mind, BUT THIS IS THE OF MY CAR. I am sitting with a HALF BUILD R8600 model car. I had numerous e-mails, the last telling them parts are available on E-bay and Eagle Moss Australia. THEY WILL NOT HELP ME.WHAT!! I do not want that OUT OF STOCK . I want a solution. Out of stock is NOT a solution, WE WERE GUARANTEED THAT ALL THE COMPONENTS WERE RESERVED. I contact Eagle moss UK (just enough stock for there cust.) and Australia (Will not ship overseas) Where the is stock coming from on E-Bay then? This past weekend there was 3 issue 71's for sale, I tried to bid on it and goes for GBP30 .
I they e-mail me again with Please advice we are out of stock I will write another report. I they phone me, we are going to have a nice fight. My next step is legal advise.
