Bad service

I wanted to buy my wife I 17 for our 10th anniversary and deciding to move over from Huawei we were excited. Upon arrival at the istore they told us they were very busy even the shop wasn't that full, they took our number and they would call us when an agent is available. They called us just before 8pm and when we arrived at 8 15 pm agent told us that she can't help us now we must come back the next day because there system doesn't work after 8pm which I thought was bullshit. So I have I would not move to Iphone baaad service from the start
