Airtime sunscription

Ridiculous service from Jets RMCS. Airtime subscription are activated a few months ago and still NO airtime received im being billed for airtime qhich im not receiving, tried a couple of time to cancel the subscription but no luck. Fed up with being charged for airtime and not even getting it.
