Goods promised to be sent... 2weeks later. Nothing

I ordered some small goods from China on the 9th of March and my goods were shipped on the 12th of March. It landed here on the 28th of March and there was a holdup apparently because there was no invoice and they needed to verify the value and the contents of my parcel.

I sent that to Monica Lynch on the 11th of April. I was told it will take about 2days before it gets delivered. We are now at the 26th of April. I spoke to her earlier in the week and was told... 2days... I was told that the guy who does the clearances was on leave. This is absolutely pathetic that things come to a complete standstill if one person is not there.

I would assume that a company such as this would have protocols in place to delegate tasks in the event someone is on leave? What if that person were to die? I am utterly disgusted at the level of service and the length that it is taking for my parcel to be delivered.
