Fumigation with 3 mnth guarantee and does not work

Winston (the owner of the company) came to fumigate my apartment a month ago. After they sprayed the apartment he said they will put in traps that will make sure that there will never be any cochroaches in the apartment again. He guarantee this will work and I won't be having any problems, he even said they give a 3mnths guarantee that this cochroach problem will be gone. The product seems to have worked only for a few days, I contacted him to say the cochroaches are back and he said he will arrange a follow-up appointment to 'up there game'. After making a appointment, they don't show up and now it seems as if my problem has become even worst, the cochroaches are even more than before. Now all of the sudden when I try to call him, he don't pick up the phone, don't respond to my messages and just dissappeared. Now he is nowhere to be found.
