On the 20th I bought a J2 Hyundai starter as we asked the salesman repeatedly if the starter is correct. We brought the starter back on Sunday as the starter was not correct!! made strange noises. We also told that to Fazle. As we were told that they will sent the starter back to claim a new starter. Note that it is also the companies responsibilities to make sure parts are working correctly and assist clients with the correct parts. Also note that we are awaiting the starter as from Sunday until date. It is your responsibilities to make sure that the part are correct and can be very clad that it did not damaged our car of part that is not correctly to fit. We would like you to immediately assist us to refund or give the correct starter J2 for Hyundai. I have phoned Fazel today and he indicated that the starter was cracked as how that is possible to do that I do not know, fix this problem! As we are the clients.
