I posted a parcel (PE718308581ZA) to Mdantsane from Pretoria on Friday 19 April 2013, when i tracked it online this afternoon the parcel has been scanned in Port Elizabeth. How is that possible? I've been calling you call centre and your lines are not picked up. My fear is that my parcel will be lost and your organisation won't want to take responsibility.
How is it possible that you send a parcel to Mdantsane and it lands in Port Elizabeth?
