Our service was great at first (April 2011) and then we got handed down to other "agents". What started out as a friendly check in with my agent on 19 November has turned into an unpleasant ordeal? After leaving more than 8 messages with reception and email, I've received one voice message and an evasive and blame shifting email the last 2 months. I can never talk to anyone, not even a manager or team leader. None of my questions are being answered. I simply get no service and no feedback. Only after we submitted our applications were we told about a large backlog in Canada, but never told about the 600 000 FSW Visas that were cancelled as they were received before February 2008! Canada has a much worse backlog than we were led to believe and I feel Global Visas led me along a path of an impossible mission. I feel conned! Without any sense of assurance and status updates from my agent I feel completely left in the dark and hung out to dry, desperate and angry, and out of a huge amount of money paid to them. I do not know what to do next, but search for legal help. All I wanted was to talk to someone! I would NOT recommend Global Visas!
