Taking no ownership

I went to have my roots highlighted, but this landed up being a horror, Carla burned my hair off keeping a 6% volume (20%) peroxide on my hair for over an hour, I had long thick blond hair, now my hair is short thin and black as all the hair came out with brushing.

The manager Theresa did absolutely nothing about the incident, the company MD Lesley sent me a mail stating cause I went to have my hair fixed at another salon they cant do anything but they have dealt with it internally and the owner Lewis Thomas has not taken ownership at all, not even an phonecall to apologise.
The shocking part is that the person working on my hair was a senior, which is very concerning.

After numerous emails / photos sent with NO response from the PARTNERS group, I have decided to take matters in my own hands and ensure that they get the credit they deserve. This is the first step, and would encourage all that they must think before going to the partners in Canal Walk cause you think you pay a fortune cause they are good is not the case. Photos will be published shortly to demonstrate the people that calls themselves professional. Till today I await a call.
