WHERE ARE MY SLIPS!!!

Just received an e mail from amazon uk asking me what I think of my goods, I would like to know from you lot what i am supposed to tell them as my slips have not been delivered. SA Post Office, WHERE ARE MY GOODS!!! I DEMAND AN ANSWER, This is not the first time. YOU MAKE ME PHYSICALLY SICK!!! Looks like I have to pay the extra R500 and use amazons courier service, thanks to your imcompetence :( :( :(
