Nappy's not 100%

I am so furious, i bought Huggies Gold nappies and found some of the nappies are damaged as their sticky strap just comes off when you try put the nappy on. One side is completely loose. Why does this happen if you pay so much for these nappies? This is the second batch that i bought like this. i had to tape it with clear tape as i ran out and had to use some of the damaged nappies. This is very unacceptable!!!
