Fridge infected with cockroaches

I bought a fridge in September 2012 and a few other items, besides recieving the incorrect items, I thought to let it go, first thing I noticed a few months after delivery is cockroaches the fridge was infected I reported this to tafelberg but heard nothing back so went on a mission to rid my fridge and house now of roaches never seemed to get rid of them completely.
