Walker Bay Fish Spice with free bug inside

About 2 weeks ago, we purchased a Walker Bay Fish Spice at our local 7eleven (batch 120810, expiry date 21/08/2013), and just as we opened it, a small brown bug was walking around on the inside lid. I've tried phoning their offices numerous times (as per the number on the bottle) but the line is always occupied.
This was an really gross experience to say the least and realy put me off from using your brand of spices as your hygiene standards are obviously not up to scratch.
