Incompetence

These people had my Audi A6 for TWO months, the day I was suppose to pick it up they found a new problem which delayed delivery again. When I eventually received my vehicle, the panels did not align and the windscreen washer bottle was leaking.
The NEVER kept me up to date and I got no feedback, I had to phone them and leave messages which they DO NOT return.
I do not recommend this panel beater to anyone as nobody should go through so much hassle just to get a sub-standard service...
