To whom it may concern I received an sms today indicating that I need to arrange a payment plan for something I cancelled in 2006 upon date when we had a and my TV purchased through Russel back than had been, this was reported to the Randfontein, Toekomsrus Police station, I have notified on the following telephone number: 011 330 9555 as well as the e-mail address: [Email Removed], this is ridiculous, sine 2006 I had not had possession of a TV, we currently living in the following house that does poses a TV license no as above, this is highly unethical and ridiculous, I phoned the following number today on: 0877401214 to get to the bottom of this and was put on hold with no explanation until my airtime ran out, what happened to my e-mail presented in 2006, and the case number supplied back than, I no longer have access to this information since I moved house, I need a full explanation due to the incompetence so many years back, at this time when it happened this TV license was up to date and paid for, now you expect me to get hold of a case number again, what sort of service is this...
