A first road emergency van crashed into my car and the driver refused to go to the police station with me to make an AR. I went ahead alone and even reported this to his superiors who gave me their brokers contacts. I have several times faxed the papers that the broker asked for but she never responded and when I call she says this will take months to be resolved (in a rude way). I'm 7months pregnant and have to use the passengers door and jump to the drivers seat in order to drive but they don't seem to care
