Not all stock received and no customer service

I ordered a All 3 for R129.00 in December'12 and I only received the bag and mascara but not the earings, i've asked the rep several time and she has asked her leader several times, it's March'13 now and i'm still struggling and waiting for earings i've paid for but not received.

I've tried callng customer service to speak to the supervisor but either I get cut off or the telephone keeps on ringing. Please help me to solve this.
