Parcel missing, Manager out shopping

After waiting for a package which arrived in SA 26 days ago and I have not received any news of, I investigated. It was delivered to Lynnwood Ridge SAPO branch on 2013-03-11. This is even before the strike. (from Call center)

I phoned Lynwood ridge and spoke to "Solly", who asked me to hold the line. After 13 minutes of holding and only hearing him in a conversation and laughing in the background, the phone shut down.

I phoned again and Solly told me that it is NOT at Lynnwood. I refused to accept this and gave him all the detail from the call centre again. He once again stated that it's NOT there and I asked to speak to his manager. It is 14:05 (Monday) and Solly states that the Manager, Malatgi is not available to help me and is SHOPPING at Pick and Pay... No wonder this branch cannot function properly...

I phoned the number for the manager, 012-3488206 and Solly picks up. He now states that the package is there, but that the Call centre is lying as it only arrived on the 16th. Once again he was lying as it is signed into the register at Lynnwood post office on the 11th.
Received on the 26th only. One month in SA... 2 1/2 weeks lying in Lynnwood ridge branch... PATH
