Dry Clean City
NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN

Yesterday, I went to this particular Dry Clean City for get a top mended. The lady offered to do it right then and there but I told her to relax and I just needed it back by the next day. She told me it would be ready for collection at 2pm. On my arrival to collect the shirt at 2pm I was told, in a very snotty tone that it would only be ready at 2. When I told her that it was in fact 2pm, she responded by telling me that "first come, first served". Now, I totally respect this premiss, but then why would you tell me it would be ready then if that wouldn't be possible. What followed were a range of snarky comments, back chatting and eye rolls. This is completely unacceptable customer service- I was utterly disgusted!! This is the 6th time I have had a bad experience at this particular branch and I have now had enough. Please bare in mind this will not be the only avenue that I will use to complain. I have constantly had problems with the cashier lady's revolting attitude and now I have the new seamstress rolling her eyes at me? DISGRACEFUL!!!
