What an awful attitude to have

I had to renew my car license so yesterday afternoon just after 4 I went to the Post Office in the Boulders Midrand they do renewals for Jhb and this was renewal for a jhb car, she looked at the paper and said no she cant do it, now this is the official paper you get to renew I have used this all the time and had no problems at the other branches where they are more than helpful and go out of their way to help you.

This lady wouldn't even check on the computer, surely the computer will kick it out but her computer wasnt even on and after I told her and her manager to check on the computer they still wouldnt do it.

This is bad customer service with one of a bad attitude now this afternoon I have to go all the way to bedford view where they will be able to help me because of their incompetence
