I have been trying to call the Experian about disputes for almost 2 weeks now! Nobody picks up and you hold for hours, I think I have spent over R1000 in the past week calling these Bureaus.
They still have not corrected the information, Every time the fix something they change something else, thus making the report wrong again. They first updated my Telkom, FNB accounts 7/8th March, then they on 13th they updated my Wonga account but changed back the other 2 accounts. When I sent and email to thank them and inform them of the error the Wonga account was changed back and the other 2 updated. Its actually ridiculous how incompetent they are, especially with someting as delicate as someones credit report.
Worse still is the call centre is non existent since I can never get through, I know all the creditors have sent through update requests because it shows in other reports.

The really dont help with disputing, all they make you call around to get letters emailed yet they will not accept forwarded letters. It will make more sense if they call to ask for the update request themselves.
I even cancelled my subscription with them since they are useless in assisting me.

No impressed!
