INCOMPETENCE AND DON'T GIVE A ATTITUDE!

I was horrified on Sat afternoon to find my lifetime companion (Tiny-A Chihuahua) of 12 years dead in a pool of blood. Emotionally stricken I rushed the dead carcass over to the Bryanston Vet on William Nicol Road, Bryanston to do a post mortom. Emotional and saddened by the death of my friend, I wanted to speak to the vet. After 10 min of pacing backwards and forwards at the vet, I left as I could not bare it any longer. I left the Bryanston Vet with tears in my eyes and wanted to compose myself before speaking to the vet. I called the vet when I got home, and inquired about what could have caused the death of my friend. Matthew was elusive and did not even attempt to give any answers!!! He just point blank said, "Well we will have to wait for the post mortom". I then called again to find out about how rigor mortis works and when the results would be back!!! As you can see, I was quite anxious! My wife then called in at midday today to find out about the post mortom etc! She gets told that the results will be in by Thurs. I NOW GET A CALL AT 6PM BY MATTHEW to inform me that my friend has been cremated before the post mortom has been done!!! WHAT A LACK OF DUE CARE AND COMPASSION
