Parcel reached destiny but without all the goods

How is it possible that people have such nerve to open a parcel and take out all of the goods that was packed inside. We have children studying far from home and we wanted to spoil them with eats. Only to find out nearly everything was taken out of the parcel. It cost us over R200 to send. I am disgusted in my fellow south african's who disregard other peoples property. What are you going to do about it? Never use the postal services, NEVER!!!
