Renewal of BBBEE Certificate

On the 05/02/2013 I renew my BBBEE Certifate & pay R650 . I was suppose to get it after 3-5 days. From the 6th till 25th I was submitting the outstanding documents. On the 26th it went to a person or manager who was going to finalise it. I called them on the 4/03/2013 and they said they did not have toner, when the toner arrived they will print my certificate. After that I called and I didn't get Marriana & I left massages & she didn't come back to me. I aslo asked the Manager & the lady who answered the phone told me that s/he is busy with a customer.
