BAD HANDLING OF INCIDENT

I am very dessapointed and very upset on the handling of my request with SABC "LEGA dept", i had lost my ID document between 2004-2007, 6 years later SABC calls me requesting for the payment of the outstanding balance, to my suprise i let the consultant know that i am a student and live with parents at the time the TV was bought in my name and that i have no further details regarding the TV.
I am very frustrated at this moment as the consultant interegated me and demanded that i pay for the outstanding balance i owe on the TV licence, i am lost and do not know what to do to get this resolved, i own no TV and have never bought a TV nor opend a TV licenec.

someone please look into my matter.
