What a waste of money!

I paid Applications Online R1000 to help me open my City of Joburg account after I moved house. I thought it would be a good idea because I have 3 small children and little time to spend dealing with the council. However, I wish I had saved my money and opened the account myself.

Applications on-line were slow, rude and unhelpful! Whenever I rang them for help or clarification I got extremely rude responses or incomprehensible responses. Given that their business is to help people, they seem to have no idea of customer service or how to help.

To date I have still not received a bill from City of Joburg despite having moved into this house at the end of September. I have however, received a termination notice for services due to the fact that I now owe the council over R20000.
