Rainbow Rainwater Concrete Pumps

A pump was ordered to pump concrete at our home last week. With any pump company you have to pay upfront. We used Rainbow Rainwater before and didn't think we would have a days problem. They were unable to pump the concrete ordered as their pipe was too short despite me requesting a longer pipe. Isilla's driver left assuring us their will be no charge. When requested he come back to site and we will improvise he refused despite the fact that he only just left site. When asked that Isilla refund us the total amount we paid she advised that she could deduct an establishment but wont. A credit came into our account less the establishment, when i contacted her she said her husband told her to deduct the money. They are both and despite assuring me they will not deduct anything she did. She has no professional courtesy and should make good on the situation. DON'T EVER US RAINBOW RAINWATER CONCRETE - THEIR SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LYING!
