I purchased an item overseas and after paying for priority shipping the item (cf004264201us) arrived in SA on December 29th, has been through customs and has apparently been in transit for over a week. I called the customer care line this morning and was informed in was still at customs. I asked for a number and was given the 011 912 6024; the call placed at 08h05 was answered by the rudest woman I've ever dealt with at SAPO, and I have dealt with a few over the years. She checked the tracking information and then informed me that it wasn't in her book, she then simply placed the phone receiver on the desk. I assumed she was checking elsewhere, but after awhile and several hello's I eventually had to hang up, naturally I could not get back to her and she never gave me her name. What is it with service delivery and the PO???
