Totally unreliable service

I was quoted by Tiaan and Leonel on minor alterations to my home, being painting of a wall, painting a bathroom ceiling, installing a retractable washing line and replacing a bathroom cabinet. I paid 50% of the cost up front and it has taken forever and many phone calls and so many broken promises to get half the job done. I am still sitting without my bathroom cabinet, which was the main reason for the job in the first place.
I have now cancelled the job and will go elsewhere.

These two individuals do not stick to their word and their work leaves much to be desired.
